Our company is always on the side of our customers and takes our customers¡¯ request as the most important thing. ¡��Quality, Service & Market¡�� is our working tenet. Here under we promise the following:

1. We offer a free training of daily maintenance of the equipments, ways to handle with the general failures and safety training.

2. Quality guarantee for all of our centrifuges is one year from the date they are ordered, and forever maintenance. If necessary, we offer a door visiting maintenance. (Fault caused by improper operation or the equipment is out of guarantee is not included.)

3. During the quality guarantee period, the following situation is beyond our free maintenance:

(1) If the products are damaged because of improper operation or not any contravention of the user manual;

(2) The fault which is caused by incorrect installation of the centrifuges and rotors;

(3) The fault which is caused by running a rotor over the rated speed;

(4) The fault which is caused by running a rotor which has scratches bumps;

(5) The fault which is caused by running a rotor which is severe corrosion;

4. A basic maintenance cost will be charged from customers if damage or loss is due to human errors, or the equipment is out of guarantee period.

5. We will give a response to any fault in two hours after receiving the fault information and offer a solving method in 24 hours.

6. All the maintenance and adjustment should be taken according to the user manual by authorized and professional engineer. Without permission, non-authorized person can¡¯t open the instrument. We won¡¯t take any responsibility for any maintenances and adjustment by non-authorized person.
