Motor maintenance (1) –replacing the centrifuge motor armature and brush

Observe and see if there is spark between the centrifuge motor carbon brush and the commutator. If no spark, that means the carbon brush and the commutator are both in good condition, no need to be repaired; If there is 2~4 small spark, and if the commutator outside is also smooth, mostly, no need to be repaired;  Besides, if there is another 3 big sparks, no need to disassemble the centrifuge motor armature, just grind the brush and the commutator by sand paper; If there are more than 4 big sparks, the users should disassemble the motor armature and also the brush, then replace them with new one.
